As a responsible corporate citizen, the Telangana Builders Federation (TBF) has always been at the forefront of corporate social responsibility activities. Its active role in the encouragement of a green channel and suggestions for giving a boost to green buildings and providing incentives to them, to check pollution, has been lauded in several quarters. The authorities too have taken note of their suggestions.

When plastic was banned under the jurisdiction of the GHMC, TBF Telangana Builders Federation along with organizations like Civic Exnora stepped in to popularise cloth bags and distributed them free.
